FIRST HALF 2002 RESULTS- As of June 2002, total assets of Prokom Software SA reached PLN 1,008,489 thousand in comparison with PLN 1,138,485 thousand at the end of the year 2001, and PLN 825,571 thousand at the end of the first half of the year 2001.
- Current liability amounted to PLN 256,945 thousand as of June 2002 in comparison to PLN 408,263 thousand as of December 2001 and PLN 372,845 thousand at the end of June 2001, while noncurrent liabilities were PLN 247,316 thousand, PLN 252,318 thousand, and PLN 8,789 thousand respectively.
- Operating profit of PLN 53,628 thousand, less then at the end of June 2001, when operating profit amounted to PLN 75,474 thousand.
- Net profit for the period from 1 January 2002 to 30 June 2002 amounted to PLN 26,324 thousand; while for the same period of 2001 the net profit/(loss) amounted to PLN (18,759) thousand.
2001 FINANCIAL RESULTS
- As of December 2001, the Group’s revenues amounted to PLN 1,031 million, which constitutes an increase of nearly 12% compared to the previous year.
- The total assets of the Prokom Software SA Capital Group reached PLN 1,138,485 million from PLN 966,562 million at the end of December 2000.
- In 2001 the Capital Group achieved operating profit equal to PLN 106,975 million, which was higher by PLN 6,637 million then the one recorded in 2000. It accounts for 6.6% growth.
- Profit before income tax decreased by 67% from PLN 123,261 million the year before to PLN 40,183 million at the end of 2001. Net profit was decreased by almost 79% from PLN 67,668 million in year 2000 to PLN 14,215 million at the end of December 2001.
2000 FINANCIAL RESULTS
- As of December 31st 2000, total assets of the Prokom Software SA Capital Group amounted to PLN 969,212 million. It constituted an increase of PLN 427,311 million from total assets of year 1999, which amounted to PLN 541,901 million.
- Total liabilities have increased from PLN 541,901million at the end of 2999 to PLN 969,212 million at the end of 2000.
- The operating profit of PLN 92,604 million was lover by PLN 32,104 million then the one recorded in 1999. It accounts for 25.7% decrease.
- The net profit decreased for the year 2000. They totaled PLN 57,395 million opposed to PLN 90,187 million at the end of year 1999.
1999 FINANCIAL RESULTS
As of December 1999, the Group’s revenues amounted to PLN 713,292 million, which constitutes an increase of nearly 52.5% compared to PLN 374,414 million the year before.
As of December 31st 1999 the total assets of the Prokom Software SA Capital Group reached PLN 543,236 million from PLN 409,910 million as of 31st December 1998.
In 1999 the Capital Group achieved operating profit equal to PLN 124,206 million, which was higher by PLN 52,180 million then the one recorded in 1998.
Profit before income tax decreased from PLN 103,243 million the year before to PLN 148,774 million at the end of 1999. Net profit was increased by almost 79% from PLN 65,118 million in year 1998 to PLN 95,118 million at the end of December 1999.
1998 FINANCIAL RESULTS
The total revenues increased in 1998 by approximately PLN 100,831 million from PLN 273,583 million at the end of December of 1997 to PLN 374,414 million in 1998.
Costs of sales increased by approximately 24% from PLN 184,459 million in 1997 to PLN 229,538 million in 1998. General and administrative expenses increased 80.3% from PLN 29.4 million in the year 1997 to PLN 53.1 million in 1998.
Operating profit increased by almost 51% from PLNB 47,649 million in 1997 to PLN 72,026 million in 1998.
vProfit before income tax increased by 99% from PLN 51,859 million to PLN 103,243 million. The increase resulted from financial income for the year, which amounted to PLN 31,217 million in comparison to PLN 4,210 million in 1997.
Net profit increased by approximately 108% from PLN 31,432 million in 1997 to PLN 65,441 million in 1998.
